Dan Urciuoli has managed a lot of tree and shrub work for my husband and me over the last four years. The work has always been excellent and Dan is a pleasure to work with. This company sent a crew to our property that was incapable to complete our project. After waiting 8 weeks, they sent another crew that again could not complete it. They invoiced us for the full amount of the quoted project and never completed it, and also had the nerve to send a past due invoice including a service charge while we still were waiting for the job to be done. We will pay them even though sub standard work was performed. We will never contract with them in the future.
