Professional service. Removed a large tree close to our gazebo perfectly! Cleaned everything up and even took away some other branches from pruning we had done to small bushes. For certain we would hire them again.
The team is very knowledgable and professional, but communication through the office is difficult. We tried several times to call but the phone wasn’t answered. Then the trucks showed up to do some work with no notification that they were coming. Last year it took several months for them to send an invoice and when they finally did, a late fee had been added. Very frustrating.
From the beginning to end the Bartlett team are a pleasure to have take care of our trees. Mike Parsons is diligent in his assessment of what needs to be done and his crew are great. We are getting to know everyone quite well as we have used them so much for our home and the strata garden area. We would highly recommend Mike and his team always.
