post hurricane Helene was presently impressed that all of the hibiscus tab Julia fruit trees which Bartlett Tree Service had staked we’re still standing!!! The technicians are very professional and hard-working. I recommend them to my clients and I use them at my own home as well.
I was worried about losing a huge Royal palm. They came right out and gave their honest feedback that the tree would be ok and to not treat it.. Most others would have made something and charged me. They did not and I will recommend them to all I know as I also a Bank Manager and appreciate great honest service!
What started off BAD turned out PERFECT. Your service, under the direction of Matt Smith, 1st appeared 4/24/24. They trimmed our Sable Palm, then to our Black Olive (Shady Lady here in S. FL.). They got it off the roof, but did little to trim inside the canapy. One person did the trimming by climbing about inside the tree. The lead person spoke very little, broken English. Very professional and knowledgeable. Matt Smith came out, supplied us with a quote the same day. We were scheduled quickly. Crew was great! Walked thru the property with me and answered all questions. Clean net job was completed
