Needed to upgrade house service to 200 amp. Tom was reasonable on pricing, offered a great solution to our needs, quick to respond and made sure everything was just as needed. Very pleased.

Had my furnace blow suddenly. Another company came and looked at it, then ghosted me without any kind of diagnostic. Tom saw my cry for help on Facebook and contacted me after traditional work hours. He looked at my furnace and diagnosed the issue immediately (needed a whole new unit, which I suspected).
