I was in the middle of a move and needed an immediate storage solution. Called several places no luck but Terry made things happen. She stayed late after closing to accommodate me, who else would do that?? It was so stressful moving and she really helped me out. Wonderful person and business, you all need to come here without question. If I ever need storage again I will be back....thanks for being so awesome!

I have never used a storage unit and was nervous about leaving my belongings in one. This was the best business experience ever for me at the most challenging time in my life. Terry was absolutely amazing!! So very kind, empathetic, easy to deal with, so accommodating and flexible. And such a wonderful sense of humour. She made everything so much easier which I so needed. I highly recommend Bartlett storage! Don’t go anywhere else. The units are clean and the climate control was just perfect. Thank you, Terry!!
