When she worked with Dr. Warren, after ordering and reviewing MRI’s which indicated missing disks, herniated disks and stenosis, she looked me in the eye and said my spine was fine. This was in 2019z I was just looking at clinical summaries today and she said she prescribed me lortab once when I was seeing her. This is a lie! Absolutely horrible! I wish I would have saw that sooner! There is also nothing written in the reports about the MRI’s but guess what? I have images!
