The front desk staff service has been great, making sure to call a day in advance with a reminder. Then, once you arrive the experience I've had with my therapist and Doctor (NP) America Gomez has been amazing! She didnt just prescribe a medication and move on to the next patient, rather she learned about me and my problems, gave good advice, and asked about my opinions and preferences on treatment going into the future. Simply put, BOPS has been my favorite treatment service in Juneau.
