On 4/29/26 Bartlett Landscaping Spray (BLS) came out to open the irrigation system and complete a back flow test. 2 days later (Friday evening) I noticed a leak in the system with water running out on to the street. I contacted their answering service and accurately described the problem and requested an immediate call back stressing that this was an urgent matter. They did NOT respond. Horrible service. Called to have a couple of zones looked at on my irrigation system that were down, and I did not need anyone to do my backflow because I have someone for that. First problem was they scheduled me an appointment for two weeks out which was fine for the a.m. (between 8 and noon).
