If anyone needs to purchase a garage door or have one repaired, I suggest that you DO NOT use Bartlett Garage Door. Purchased a garage door back in January, it wasn’t installed correctly. Had to call them back out to fix it and through multiple unanswered calls and no call back for several days, they finally came back out. Very poor response time I called twice never got a quote or any notification of anything after those calls
I am so sorry I chose this company to replace my 91 year old mother's garage door remote controls. I thought this was a larger, more professional company, They do have a small store front office with a young girl who knew as much as I did about garage doors working there. I purchased 3 remote controls from her for $135.00 dollars but could only get one remote to program at a time.
