Kevin is thoughtful in his recommendations and incredibly talented in his workmanship – – the result is remarkably high-quality work and beautiful results that stand the test of time. Kevin did an excellent job of setting expectations and meeting all of our needs. Simply outstanding.

Kevin Barlet is by far the best construction contractor I have ever worked with. He is the most consummate, articulate, and dedicated professional builder in the area. He came highly recommended by top leaders of our Pinehurst community to build our home in 2019 and our satisfaction with his work and dedication to quality remains to this date.

When we decided to build our new home in Grande Pines we talked with a number of residents who had recently built a home in the community. Although, Kevin Bartlett’s name came up several times, we interviewed three prospective builders. Kevin was the only one who took the time to arrange a meeting with a customer whose house was then under construction.
