Relative driving from Sydney to Melbourne unexpectedly had motor vehicle issues. Contacted Brand Name Dealer who was not able to assist but Bartlett Automotive suggested leaving the motor vehicle pending a weekend and was able to have the motor vehicle checked, providing a comprehensive check list and ready to return to Sydney within a day. So pleased to have found Bartlett Automotive because Matt’s team saved our holiday. After breaking down on the motorway close-by (overheating motor) I limped the car to Matt who quickly diagnosed a water pump and hose system failure. He told me what I needed in straight talk because he knows his stuff, and his quote was well thought through and thorough.
