Terrible service went into buy a car cash in hand. Already seen the price online. Then they tell me their would be an additional $4,000 on top up of what the price was online... Then to add insult to injury they offer me $500 for my Lexus RX 350 which is an absolute insult will never do business with these people.
Purchased a vehicle from here on 2-26-25. They gave me the choice of having my title sent to the dealership or my home. I, thinking the dealership would be faster ,made that choice and am now wishing I did not. I am still waiting on a title when I called them to inquire about said title and when I may have it due to me having limited days off on 4-9-25 and needing to go out of town to get title transfer complete was given the run around finally was given a number to the Owasso location being told they handle the titles. I didn’t end up buying a vehicle here, but Tate Davis was very helpful and friendly. He let me test drive a few cars with zero pressure. I was looking for something super specific—otherwise, I would’ve been more than happy to buy from here!
If I could leave a 0 stars I would. Talked with a sales man for 3 days about coming to test drive a specific car. He knew I was coming in today to test drive. We texted back and forth several times today about when I would be there and what car I was wanting to test drive. I drove in from out of town only to have him tell me in person they had " loaned out" the car I had come in to test drive. Very frustrated. Honesty is something that I look for in places where I do business. I will not be doing it with these people
I brought my truck in for service on a recall. They were the only dealership in the NE Oklahoma area that confidently knew about the new extended warranty provided by RAM. I was in and out the door in a short amount of time and there was no charge for the repairs. Javier was knowledgeable about the warranty and that along with the quick turnaround time makes Bartlesville CDJR my go-to for these issues.
