This was the worst experience I have ever had ! I went to the lot was showed a car they said 3 to 7 days but would give me a loaner they gave me the first one with no oil the next one was given to me absolutely disgusting blood on the steering wheel smelled to high heaven was told waiting on parts so another 7 days went by then was told parts were defective so another 7 days got told it would be another 2 to 4 days got car finally had to take back to the shop brakes were messed up that is when the tire i told them to replace... read more
I would recommend extreme levels of caution when purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. I bought a 2019 F-150 from here in September of 2023 and have had nothing but problems since. Even with the extended warranty (that has now expired), I've had to shell out thousands of dollars to keep my truck on the road (cam phasers, transmission replacement, intake manifold gasket), just to name a few repairs. Came in after deal made on Ram Rebel 2500, drove 3 hours. Arrived and dealership did not disclose almost 6k miles difference , cracked windshield, bad allignment. They knew we were coming to sign. No fuel in vehicle. They offered 600 less. People like this give "car salesmen" a bad reputation. I walked away....fast.
If I could give less than one star I would. 10 out of 10 do not recommend they are an absolute nightmare, and they are the kind of dealership that gives dealerships a bad name.
I will not buy from this facility again. They repeatedly lied to me about getting me my vehicle title, and it has been over 60 days and I still don't have it. They are a bunch of lairs and will only screw you over. Spend your money somewhere else and don't give them the business.
