BAH is the best! Everyone cares about you and your pets, from Sam at the front desk, to the vet techs and the vets themselves. I won’t go anywhere else
Paid $270 to have my cat sent off to be cremated on June 27th, more than a month later nothing. When I called up there they tell me my cat is still being processed for the 2nd week and can't tell me when she will be ready. Than just sits in silence on the phone while your trying to process the thought of your pet just sitting around somewhere.
I had/have several dogs and the care they receive here is exceptional. Every member of staff is patient and really tries to make both you and your pet comfortable. I have an 18-19 year old dog that is in very good health with the exception on a congenital defect. When that defect has given him problems the care he received here has literally saved his life several times. And he does have a good quality of life. My pup Sassy found a fishing lure 😞, and of course, it was buried in her lip. It was Saturday, and I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Mary, at Bartlesville animal hospital.. Everyone was so nice, accommodating, and concerned . They treatwd Sass so gently and kindly. Sedated her and took out the hook . I was so grateful... and so was Sassy !
I took my cat Loki to Bartlesville Animal Hospital when he was very lethargic, not eating or drinking. They quickly figured out he had a 105 degree fever, was dehydrated, and obviously suffering from some sort of virus or infection. Dr. Becker was amazing, she took care of him like he was her own cat. She has a great personality and a big heart for animals. I was on a very tight budget, and she worked with me to get him better as quickly as possible, while keeping finances in mind.
