On Dec 24th, our Grohe kitchen faucet hose sprung a leak. We went back to the original supplier but no one was able to help us with this 12 year old, apparently discontinued faucet. After contacting Grohe, they sent out the wrong item. Called Bartle and Gibson, Southside, and talked to Nicki Rolls. She listened to my "sad" story, then asked me to hold on for a bit.
