I have been going through some major renovations and unfortunately, sourcing parts for mechanical systems leaves few options in Yellowknife. I have had to place many orders for various items and so far, not one has gone smoothly. It happens over and over where I ask if a part is available from this store whether it be from ordering or grabbing off the shelf and a certain individual likes to just say No we don't have that. I phoned to get NMUW electrical wire. Their customer service was O.K. but quote was on the pricey side. It was also 2 weeks for shipping. It was cheaper and faster to call RONA down south and have them drop it of at Canadian North Cargo and have it in Yellowknife the next day.
