Absolutely stellar service from Molly and the rest of the team at Bartle and Gibson. We just renovated two bathrooms and are so thrilled with the results. I particularly liked being able to choose each fixture separately, without having to buy them in sets like the other stores require. Thanks for all your help, Molly!
A word for the wise, just like CDs and DVDs you have to look inside the box. Take nothing for granted. As a layman I purchased a replacement facet assembly and when I presented it to my plumber I was told that pieces were missing and that the detachable hose had been kinked. The product was replaced when I returned it without question and I was told it was probably a stocking error. Still it was an inconvenience. An honest mistake or was I being played for a rube who didn’t know better or would not complain?
This place is great. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Once I found this place I never again had to go to Sheret.
