The staff at Bartle and Gibson Courtenay are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I just moved here from Nanaimo and I needed a plumbing place to buy my supplies for my business and I'm glad I stopped in to this place. Note: the 2989 Kilpatrick Ave Unit 3 location is closed, BnG moved to the Madrona Place location. (This hasn't been updated on Google Maps yet) 5 stars so their ratings aren't affected.

I am entering into a renovation and needed to find fixtures and plumbing components for a new bathroom. Bartle and Gibson in Courtenay was one of the plumbing and bathroom stores that was recommended. They are planning to relocate in the next few weeks, so their current showroom was somewhat depleted. But Jason introduced himself and was thorough and patient as he walked me through what I would need and what my options were. Thanks to Tsitika for showing us shower systems, sliding shower doors and small space toilets. We ordered all these through Bartle and Gibson. There was an order mistake that was taken care of quickly. Thank you Shannon. Overall we are very happy with the service and products we received from Bartle and Gibson, Courtenay. I would recommend them without hesitation.
