Bartle & Gibson (B&G; Peace River, Alberta) were the vendor/distributor for an NTI propane boiler that was purchased and installed in our house by a certified heating and gas-fitting technician in May 2022 (Whitehorse, Yukon). The boiler malfunctioned on December 25, 2024. Given the holiday season and our small community, it was impossible to get service from our technician and NTI until early January 2025.
