Bartle & Gibson (B&G; Peace River, Alberta) were the vendor/distributor for an NTI propane boiler that was purchased and installed in our house by a certified heating and gas-fitting technician in May 2022 (Whitehorse, Yukon). The boiler malfunctioned on December 25, 2024. Given the holiday season and our small community, it was impossible to get service from our technician and NTI until early January 2025. These guys went over and above on a day they were closed. There was a mishap when I picked up my shower door.. ( it happens ) they made it right by coming in on a day they were closed.. swapped it and were super awesome about it. Small business in a small town.. these types of things are dying out in the world and I greatly appreciate it!
