Just set up an account here not long ago. So far the branch Manager Chris has been great for getting my account in shape. Also took the time to find out how I operate and offered to start stocking any items I use that they dont currently stock. He also replies and gets quotes back to me promptly so my customers are not waiting around. The front counter is also very friendly. I am glad to be doing business here. Very disappointed purchased a boiler system part today that they had in stock on there shelf for 168 dollars realizing I didn’t need it so I returned it 3 hours later and they charged me restocking charge 25 % . Will not be purchasing any thing in the future at the Edson Bartle and Gibson
These guys sorted me out when I was in a jam and on a time crunch, had 40 students waiting on me and fixed what I needed to fix! Thank you again! Will definitely Recommend this place to friends and Family! Amazing and friendly staff :)
I went into Bartle and Gibson yesterday for the first time( just moved here a little while ago ) .. i needed a piece of black pipe. The staff were very friendly and I felt really welcomed. They didn't have what I needed there but they said they would look at their house so we went there. They couldn't find it but the wonderful guy helping me had me follow him to Home hardware whee he found what I needed and made sure I had all the right fittings before he left me. The Edson branch is poorly ran, the people seem very new, and never have what you need. Better off going somewhere else.
