I went into Bartle and Gibson yesterday for the first time( just moved here a little while ago ) .. i needed a piece of black pipe. The staff were very friendly and I felt really welcomed. They didn't have what I needed there but they said they would look at their house so we went there. They couldn't find it but the wonderful guy helping me had me follow him to Home hardware whee he found what I needed and made sure I had all the right fittings before he left me. The Edson branch is poorly ran, the people seem very new, and never have what you need. Better off going somewhere else.
Awesome staff very friendly and fast. Very clean place. I highly recommend Bartel & Gibson for your electical, plumbing, and heating. New manager Cody is awesome and knows what he is doing. Best Manger I've ever seen there.
