Had a recently installed home pressure reducer that failed. Luckily I caught it when it happened. The manager drove to Coquitlam to pick it up as they were out of stock. Great place to deal with.

I went there to purchase a cartridge and they were extremely helpful! Even though they didn’t have the part I needed, they took the time to search for it from other places. Since it was an old part and almost nowhere had it, they even went above and beyond by customizing a part for me at no charge. They genuinely cared and hoped it would work for me. Great service! Thank you again, you guys are going to be my number one plumbing supply choice for me and my family!

Matt at Bartle and Gibson was the most helpful person to me when I was in a new market looking for a part. The part I required was part of a rolling change and there was considerable confusion trying to source the required part. Great team of people working at Bartle & Gibson. Iman assisted me in the electrical department and helped me with all my needs professionally and timely. The manager was super friendly and helpful, he even helped me put my stuff in the car.

Extremely Professional Staff, Very friendly and helpful. Management is superb, Chris is awesome and very knowledgeable. I can not say enough of how respectful and polite all of the staff are at this store. This store should be indeed an example for other stores that how customers should be treated and deal with.
