Gf wanted to surprise me and fix the sink before I got home from work. Thank you Bartle & Gibson for exceptional customer service. Right to the point and also adds an extra piece which was needed for the job! They helped her save money and have all the right parts!
I am doing renovation and buying plumbing stuff many times under cash account. I was regular walk-in customer but Allen(Manager) is behaving like a RCMP officer with a very rude tone towards me. He seems to be frustrated while working on the counter all the time.

Allen was amazing, my sink fixture broke and ended up being discontinued. Allen contacted the manufacturer and the sales reps for that particular product and was able to track down the replacement that I searched everywhere for. Highly recommend.
