The lovely young lady at the front desk was wonderful help to find an under purchased, small plumbing part. I'll admit I wasn't giving the best description for the item, poor communication on my end, but she patiently listened and worked with me for about 10 - 15 minutes to understand what small item I needed (cracking jokes about how it was her incompetence, instead of mine) and knew exactly where it was seconds later.
