The "office admin" Carrie Lyn Bloxsidge was really rude and insensitive towards me over the phone when I asked for pro bono services. Instead of properly saying something like "I'm sorry we do not provide pro bono, here are some other resources you can look for..." She just said "No.". A one word retort in a rude way. And when I asked about family violence she had absolutely nothing to say or any compassion about it. When I asked for other resources she again said "No.". Absolutely disgusting behavior.
