I called them to get someone out here to look at our unit and they sent it over to the worker on call. Got a call from the worker Mr. Tony within 5 minutes and he arrived within 30 minutes. He had excellent customer service and was very helpful.

We always depend on Bartholomew for our heating and air. They are highly trained, dependable and honest. Difficult things to find today. They repaired our unit exactly when they said. Every service man we’ve had over the years has always been very personable, explaining what was wrong, what needed to be done and exactly what it would cost. We feel we save money in the long run.
