Prompt service. They explained everything to me. I would highly recommend them.
Our A/C unit developed a leak, Bartholomew came out and charged with freon. We discussed the cost of repair or replacement. 2 weeks later the freon leak became worse and we opted to replace the unit. They recharged unit and ordered a new one. 2 days later they installed a new Trane and were finished by noon. Our home never got above 75 degrees during the entire process. We are very satisfied with both cost and service that B.C.S. provides.
