Horrible is all can say! Wish I could leave a negative star. I think their philosophy is love them and leave them. Meaning if you have a problem after installation- forget it - they take your money and never hear from them again. I have called at least 5+ times and sent an inquiry on their website - asking for a call back for a very minor repair on an install of pool liner they did. They changed my rental house pool liner and installed an LED color changing light and built a pool, spa and outdoor kitchen complete with pavers and landscape lighting. Cliff and Brandon are experienced guys with great design ideas. Highly suggest.
These are definitely one of the best guys to go to in Tallahassee for pool liners and lighting needs They were quick to respond and great on timing and schedule. They'll go above and beyond to get you quality service in a timely manner. Highly recommended!!!
I had a liner that needed replaced due to storm damage. After calling or trying to contact 12 pool places I heard back from three. Of those, Cliff had the best price and the most choices. After putting a 50% deposit down, the liner was ordered. We were told it would take 10-14 days and it came in on time. They also coordinated the install with drainage work being done to correct what caused the liner issue to begin with.
