Had 2 problems with our 20 year old garage doors that we were looking for replacement. 1) Rooms above garage become cold/warm in comparison to rest of house. 2) Doors were not tight and only R4/steel on one side, so they rattled when winds hit the door directly. Doors Barth installed were R19 and track created a tight seal. Because of the R19 construction the doors were also much heavier, so the weight and installation eliminated the rattling all together.
