I LOVE my Bartesian…..until it stopped working. It took me forever to get it because it was out of stock. I finally got it. I stocked up on pods. I used it without incident. Love the cocktails it made. The different flavors were great. Entertaining was great. And then it stopped working. When I looked up the issue, it’s a known issue. And the company wants you to troubleshoot it. So now I have hundreds of dollars worth of pods that have expired because my Bartesian hasn’t worked. The company is not doing anything for me. Terrible unit. Never made a single drink. Called the company and they didn’t answer get any help at all. Do not buy.
Whatever you do, DO NOT buy one of these pieces of garbage. Follow the cleaning instructions regularly and this thing still gets clogged up. Try to get somebody on the phone to help you and I’ll kiss your butt.
We purchased our Bartesian about three years ago. It is a great way to enjoy a perfectly mixed cocktail. We usually enjoy Old Fashioned, Hurricane, Whisky Sour, Mai Thai, and several other cocktails. It has been a frequently used at our party and dinner invites from day one. We enjoy that it limits wasting drinks that our friends and guests start, don’t like, and we pour them out.
