Sorry to disagree with previous poster but my experience with them was far from satisfying. We used them for an important client at their office wooing a potential buyer. They could not source the wine the guest of my client requested, I couldn't get callbacks from the sales staff, the crew were wearing 5 different variations on the uniform I requested, their was about 2/3 the staff I had requested, worst of all, there was apparently no one in charge!
