Horrible customer service! We paid for our service in July for our NYE party to attempt to ensure we would have no issues by making the reservation far in advance. We stayed in communication until the night of my party! He sent a construction worker who admittedly said he has never made a drink in his life! The owner Chris promised to make it right, but to this day we still have not received our refund! Do NOT use this company under any circumstances!
I booked with Chris in July for our NYE party. I booked far enough in advance to ensure we would be accommodated during the busy holiday. He advised everything was booked. We stayed in communication throughout the months. The night of the event, at the hour someone was supposed to be arriving, he texts for the address! Someone, NOT a bartender, but a coworker at a construction company sent by a friend of Chris, showed up an hour and 30 minutes late, who has NEVER made a drink before!
