Currently in a contract with Bartelt - for primary suite addition and renovation of another large room. Very little communication, lack of follow through on issues and unresponsive to major issues we've had (including chimney leak we knew needed to be fixed, but Bartelt didn't get the right eyes on project to fix until we begged for them to come investigate and water in our new crawlspace basement they just put in).
