Bartelt rescheduled a driveway parking pad enlargement job 3 times with no communication until after they were expected to have come and completed the work each time. Communication is very poor. When the job was completed they had the same crew that laid the asphalt do the prep work. This crew sprayed a solution on the current driveway continually while laying the asphalt. The staff and crew were great to work with and accommodating to our schedule. It was a two day process, completed in 7 days, and it looks awesome. Very competitive pricing and I really liked working with Karen (I'm the wife). Our 3 bids were all within $34 and Karen won me over.

They did an excellent job and they were very diligent conscientious and got the job done quickly I would highly recommend them. And they even helped me out when I had to park far away they gave me a ride to my place where I sat for the two days that they were doing the work. They were very friendly and helpful to me but the quality of work done was above and beyond what I expected.
