(Accross the alley from my property) The site plan was not followed. All the water from this large parking lot was to flow away from the alley to the street to the west. We hired Bartelt Paving for asphalt work on our commercial property and were disappointed with the quality of service. The job resulted in tar streaks throughout our ENTIRE parking lot that cannot be removed, as documented in our photos . When we approached the company about the poor workmanship and requested a refund or remediation, they declined to take responsibility for the issues. ***Note: This isn't a review of the company!*** This is a review of a driver they have employed to drive mostly red with 1800asphalt in red and black on the sides dump truck. Around 3:30pm 26 August. (I was driving behind the dump truck, then the truck it cut off.) No turn single while causing a vehicles to have to hit their brakes, then blowing through a yield sign (no turn signal again) making another car have to hit their brakes as well... basically in front of the companies property. Excellent experience from start to finish. We had a commercial parking lot sealed and striped. The entire team, from our sales rep, Karen, to the on-site crew, were personable and professional. The level of customer service was impressive. The crew arrived on time, completed the job in less time than expected, and the lot looks amazing. Highly recommended.
