Latest update, drove over for an item they showed to have plenty of in stock only for them not to have any on the shelf. Employee acted like he didn't care and didn't even offer to go check inventory in the back. I'll just drive into Wichita next time. One very helpful employee and one was very disrespectful. the first impression walking in was from the latter one. I almost walked out but the friendly one saved it for them. Definitely not the same treatment as the old owners.

I took 2 window screens to be repaired, the first week of December 2025. It is now March 7th. 2026. No communication still not completed. Once I pick them up today it will be easy to Never spend any time or money in this Water's true Value location. Thank you for nothing.
This place was close to me.So I stopped in and got one tube of caulcking.It cost almost nine dollars.It was your basic Dap white. (Can be easily identified in store). I then decided to see how much caulking cost anywhere else.And nobody has that cocking for more than three dollars.It is two dollars and ninety five cents at lowe's.
