My first visit to the new Waters Hardware was great! The store is setup very well. Lots of inventory. Friendly service! Support Local. I am glad they are here.
A clerk was very helpful! They helped me find a part very quickly and the price was pretty inexpensive as well!
Staff is very helpful and selection of equipment is second to none!

Went for a glass cutter and neither one of the employees were very helpful. In fact there web site showed 6 in stock and ready for pick up in 2 hours. But when asked about it they said the website was "only for ordering online to get it delivered" but when we looked on the website it said in stock and they only looked in two aisles and had an attitude the whole time in doing so
