Once again I headed out prepared to drive all over for what I needed. But I found everything here after a three minute drive. And the staff knows what they have, where they have it, and will help you get to it.

Latest update, drove over for an item they showed to have plenty of in stock only for them not to have any on the shelf. Employee acted like he didn't care and didn't even offer to go check inventory in the back. I'll just drive into Wichita next time. One very helpful employee and one was very disrespectful. the first impression walking in was from the latter one. I almost walked out but the friendly one saved it for them. Definitely not the same treatment as the old owners.

I took 2 window screens to be repaired, the first week of December 2025. It is now March 7th. 2026. No communication still not completed. Once I pick them up today it will be easy to Never spend any time or money in this Water's true Value location. Thank you for nothing.
