I like the way they take you in the back and show you what needs to be fixed on your car. They are honest and their work comes with the warranty. I think that's huge!
Dishonest business! I had a very unpleasant experience with them today. I spoke to 2 different person in 2 different days. They both confirmed their diagnosis is free of charge and I do NOT have to get the repair done. I drove to them with check engine light on and when I came to their office, they said diagnosis is $99. Then he said if one of us told you its for free, then we won’t charge you for it. They said they can diagnose today and repair tomorrow, I have to drop off the car.
