I had a broken lug nut cross thread on my wheel and snapped on taking off the rim from the car. The staff was polite and the waiting room was comphy. I was unfortunately shocked to pay close to $500.00 to fix it . I tested to see how much for a new rear view camera and somehow a $45 dollar part on Amazon would cost me another $500.00 bucks . I regularly service my vehicles with them, and their work has consistently been excellent. They are professional, reliable, and offer reasonable pricing.
All of the team members I spoke to where very pleasant answered all my questions and guided me every step of the way, from the diagnostics to the payment options. BARTEL'S definitely gained a future customer.
I have been their client for past 2 years and they check my car regularly. Yet, they didn't report a major issue which eventually led to engine failure. I'm disappointed on the service.
