I don’t take my cars anywhere other than Bartel’s anymore. They do a great job of communicating the work they’re doing or any issues they see. On my most recent visit, they found an unexpected issue during some routine work. Rather than try to charge me for the additional work, they addressed the problem at no added cost to me. Best Auto clinic in Illinois Service & quality
Very expensive, better warranties/ services on tires(rotations, flat tire repair for free)from Costco and Sam’s club. I asked as I was checking out, was told they could put a package together add to my bill. Will not be returning to!
Ever since I moved to Plainfield I’ve always used Bartel’s as my mechanics. Just recently my water pump went bad in my Explorer and not only did they give me a great price but they also assisted with towing my vehicle from North Aurora. They keep me updated with videos and pictures of my repair and things that would need to be serviced soon. I always have a great experience with them and the staff are knowledgeable and courteous.
