Great people and great place. Had a brake job done in about 3 hours. They even gave me a ride home and were willing to pick me up. Wonderful service and it was done right. No complaints here. I will use them for all my needs going forward.
I dropped my car off at 5:30pm on a Friday, received a quote maybe an hour later via text. I approved the repair and received a text the following morning at 8:30am indicating the car was already done...amazing! The old repair shop I've been a customer for years (further down 59) would've had the car until the following Monday or Tuesday at best. Bartel's even called me on Sunday morning just to check how the car was running and if I was satisfied with the service...who does that? Bartel's does that's who...they have defini... read more
The heat shield on my car got ripped down after coming out of a car wash and I called up Bartel’s and they took me in right away. within a day they had the parts ordered. They even recommended due to safety that I get my brakes done and i did need them done it was time. Overall, very great customer service, and even better care
I just want to thank you for being open most places are not open on a Sunday that work on cars. Very quick, friendly and efficient! Had my check engine light come up three days before I was heading up to six flags for the day and many other auto shops wouldn’t see me for another week. Thankfully Bartel’s came to my rescue and made sure I wasn’t paying an egregious price for having all my spark plugs replaced! It took less than 2 hours and I made it to Six Flags with no issues!
