Great customer service! I like the use of text videos during inspection and breaking down the quotes. I moved 3 towns away recently from the Plainfield shop but still bring my vehicles back.
I'm very fortunate to have found this company. They fixed my Sienna and gave my older vehicle a very thorough inspection as well. I like the fact that they check under the hood as well as get upclose and personal with the undercarriage. My last mechanic shop couldn't even come close to what Bartel's does. They're fast, thorough, and from what I've seen so far, don't try to upsell you. One final thing I'd like to add is that they even send you videos for you to review if there's anything severely wrong with your vehicle.

Bartels is the place to go with all your car needs. They have the best customer service I’ve experienced at any car care center so far. From sending you videos of YOUR car of what they are working on to assisting you for free transportation to or from their shop so you aren’t spending extra money on Ubers or rentals. I’ve gotten my car worked on twice here so far and I truly appreciate the staff and the work that is done!
