It was cool
I was so happy they were open on a Sunday! While I initially went to have the brakes worked on, the bumper to bumper inspection showed another issue. The videos explained the issues clearly and showed the problem in detail. I've never seen another shop do video like that and I thought it was very transparent. The shuttle service was also very appreciated the next day to get back to the shop!
My wheel and stuff was messed up from a different shop and when I come here they get it done and driving 10x better because I come here
I'm a new customer to Bartels and I had a great experience. Great and knowledgeable service, open 7 days a week, and they offer rides and loaner cars. I had an emergency on a Saturday morning and had to drop in unexpectedly. They had me back on the road by Sunday afternoon and they provided me a loaner car. They also did a full vehicle inspection for free. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to others. Jenna Atkinson
