Was looking for an oil change place after my regular shop was unavailable when I came across Bartel's. I was able to make an appt online, which was confirmed shortly thereafter. While the parking lot was pretty full when I arrived, I was in and out in just under an hour, which was awesome. The staff was all very polite, knowledgeable, and patient. Think I found my new shop!
Ended up having some big issues with my vehicle. Luckily they were able to work with me and were completely honest. The work got done in a better than reasonable time. Been going there for over 10 years and will continue to.
I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else! They are transparent, honest, and efficient. Very knowledgeable professional staff! I always appreciate that they explain and SHOW you what’s happening with your vehicle. Keep up the amazing work!
I've been to a few other shops in the area. THIS is the shop to go to. They actually look and document what the issues are, they help you understand and show you how it should work. The work they do is quality work. They're straightforward and don't bullshit you or uncharge you. They diagnosed my recurring issues with out me ever mentioning them.
