Recent interaction was horrible. I have been trying to get my medication for over a month (only local pharmacy contracted with Regence for my Specialty Med). One month ago, they ran the RX and told me my portion was $1,000. I researched and then told them to go ahead and order it in. After a week I heard nothing back. So, I called them. Top tier service. Always nice, friendly employees. Very popular for most of SE Marysville so can get rather crowded during peak pharmacy pickup times, yet still manageable. Also has a drive up window. I'm so glad Bartells/RightAide did not close this store!!
95% of the staff here are rude and short with answers. Anytime there's an issue because something wasn't ran through L&I they are even ruder to you and treat you less than. When you give them the appropriate information to run the product through L&I they act like it's not their job. When asking questions of the pharmacist regarding a prescription he was short and curt. Racist experience at the store. My brother is black and had went in to buy a drink while my mom was on the way to pick him up. The cashier who my brother had said was of asian descent. Had started recording my brother saying they need to buy their stuff and get out. This is crazy in this day and age that people are still out here thinking like this. Never supporting this bartells again. Don't know how a place could allow such open racism.
