I tried calling to request a prescription renewal but was left on hold for over an hour until the pharmacy closed. In that time, I could have driven out and spoke with them in person.
I would give ZERO stars if possible. These people are TERRIBLE. Booked a vaccination for 10 am on a Saturday. They called me to cancel at 9 am the same day because “they ran out of the vaccine I had scheduled for”. Not only did their poor planning disrupt my schedule, but they now want me to reschedule a date in the future even though they said “ we don’t know when we will get more”.
