The new staff works at the Pharmacy is very rude. When I came in for prescription pickup, she said I don’t have any prescription to pick up. Then I told her that I called and the chat bot told me to pick the prescription up after 4:30 pm. She said yes but it is not ready yet. However, I arrived at 6 pm. She did not apologize and ask why I was still standing there. I said I needed my prescription and you did not tell me when it’ll be ready yet. She started to act angry and said - 15 min! Avoid this pharmacy. Forgets to fill prescription and then gives attitude. Tells me to wait there for an hour for them to fill the prescription when the prescription was called in two days prior. When I asked why they forgot the fill the prescription, her response was that they didn’t “forget. They are very busy”. Plenty of other pharmacies that takes care of their customers without the attitude.

my only complaint is my prescriptions are never available when they say they will be. I don't care if you're short staffed and it takes longer, in fact I understand, just compensate for that in the time you give me. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes when I show up at 330 after being told it'll be ready at 230. I'd rather you told me 530 just to make sure it's actually ready. I don't call in my refill because I'm willing to wait, I do it because I'm trying to avoid waiting.

We came from safeway. We honestly just randomly picked a local pharmacy because we were very tired of the judgy attitude and glacial pace the staff were all moving at over there. Bartells was a great pick! The staff are competent, the manage their time appropriately and are extremely friendly. The lady who helped us the first few times was sweet and comical and made our trip there a very enjoyable one. We will not be switching pharmacies again. We found our perfect it! Good job Bartells!
