Went there to collect my mother’s Will and the female solicitor had zero empathy in dealing with the simple task of handing over a Will. Extremely poor form.

I receive a letter advising they would respond asap on behalf of their client who owes me money..1 month later, 4 emails, 2 phone calls, personal visit to his office in Pt Lincoln...no response. Read receipts on emails confirm Nicholls has opened emails. Greg Nicholls certainly lives up to his reputation, lacks prefessionalism, courtesy and integrity.
