When the temperature reached triple digits, I decided it was time to turn on my air conditioner. Unfortunately, this time it didn't work and instead of cooling the house, it circulated the hot air and the temperature rose even higher. It's not very often that I find myself writing positive reviews on service companies, but I'm so pleasantly surprised by my experience that I wanted to share. As luck would have it, my heater decided to die on me unexpectedly when my husband was away on a business trip. Once in a while you encounter service and quality so above the rest, you are compelled to write about it! Such was my experience with the owner and technicians from Bartel Air, when I recently had to purchase a heating unit for my rather large, older house. When our old furnace recently konked out, we were actually glad to be able to finally install a new one that was modern and energy efficient. We moved into a new house which needed a new furnace and AC. Bartel Air was professional and did quality work at a good price. The crew was very nice, clean, arrived on time each day. Kip was also very nice. He gave us all the information needed to make a good decision on what units to get. We ended up getting a high efficiency unit and I have to say I love my PG&E bill each month!! I have recommended them to many friends.
