Very recently, my family had asked me (the car guy of the family) if I had any recommendations of a shop that does Mercedes work. I told them without hesitation, Bartech. While I hadn't visited myself since 2023 (I don't drive the car much) I recall walking in and noting that this is, by far, the cleanest independent shop I have ever seen to date. I called to get a pre-purchase inspection done. While I ultimately decided not to proceed, I could tell that Bartech knows their 911s! I have been shopping for a 996 and they were very familiar with the mechanical issues of that generation. I also didn't get any "salesy" vibes or "you need to..." during the whole discussion. I would definitely recommend this shop as a place to get your Porsche repaired without worrying about being sold extra services.
I have a very old one, yet, Bartech never said No. Chris is thorough, fair and trustworthy!
The owner is a no-nonsense, honest man. I will get my vehicle maintained there again
