We were unfortunately quite disappointed with both the lack of communication and the day-of services from Bar Tab. We hired Bar Tab over 12 months in advance for our wedding, as they came highly recommended from many venues and vendors in the Yakima area. We were forced to hire this bartending service through our venue. I contacted them more than a week before our wedding date asking to add an additional hour to the services. They then contacted me the night before the wedding asking for payment. They had 8 days to respond. Our services were scheduled from 4-10 and the bar tender refused to provide drinks for our groomsmen at around 4:30 after our ceremony. They also wouldn’t allow a groomsmen to get a beer and a glass of wine for my bridesmaid. Terrible customer service. Wou... read more

What a great company! BarTab took care of all of our needs and made our wedding celebration go off without a hitch. Thank you to the awesome bartenders (I didn't catch names) who served us on 7/15/23 at Birchfield Manor. Both of the bartenders were happy, easy to talk to, and quick at their jobs. It was a weight off of my shoulders to know that my wedding guests were in such good hands.
