I believe you own/ operate the BK on 3603 Brewerton Rd, Syracuse, NY 13212. Ive complained several times, tried to call for days and no one picks up the phone I’ve come at three different times of the afternoon/evening and they’re always "rebooting the system” or the “system is down” and am always told to come back in 15minutes I think they do it whenever they feel like it to avoid taking customers.
