Extremely rude individual. Unhelpful, disgruntled, and a waste of space. I had pertinent questions to my situation and you were not willing to give me 5 minutes of your time to hear my story and to help me find the best solution. Instead you degraded my relationship and told me there was really no hope. You are a very bitter person and you should not be in the legal industry if you do not have your customer's interests in mind.
