Poor management. Procrastinate services. Unfriendly services. I should use "Rude" instead of "unfriendly". Take ur own risks staying there.
I have never lived there however I live north of there and from my house part if the building can be seen as a parking space. Upstairs are people that constantly harass me and make threats to me, with the intent of making me move. They can be heard talking day and night.
