Chris at Barsh did a great job at noting my issues. They did a thorough job of inspecting my truck and loved that they provided pictures and videos with explanations of their findings. Their recommendations made sense and they didn’t push me to get any services. I also very much appreciated that they didn’t charge me a diagnostic/inspection fee, which many other mechanics do. Barsh Auto & Diesel Repair has worked on my 2019 Chevy on a couple of different occasions. Each occasion, the techs at Barsh have communicated clearly and frequently with me about the status of the repair and other issues I may have not been aware of. Barsh sends photos and videos of the repair process so you can see what is being done and what has been done. They also leave the repair up to you if a repair can wait. They are a no pressure repair shop and truly want to help their customers!
Chris was great! He is thorough, knowledgeable, and kept me informed during the entire repair and service. Cody was great as well. Found the problems, made the repairs well, and explained it clearly so I could understand. They are my “new” shop for all of my truck services!
I would definitely recommend! They were honest and transparent about everything. Although the diagnostics were clear, they offered to investigate further if issues persist at a later date at no additional charge. They really care and want to help fix my truck.
