Beyond impressed with the overall service and communication. Called for a tow and they were there in less than 30 minutes. Kept me up to date with any new findings on my truck. Provided pictures and video to back up their findings. Fixed all the issues and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend for any type of service needs.
Fast, friendly service.
We always used the dealership due to the free oils changes after purchasing my car, I decided to give Barsh a try once they were used and I was highly impressed compared to the dealership. Not only were they faster and more friendly, they even had a space with toys and books to keep my toddler entertained. My technician also informed me that their parts and labor warranty is significantly longer than the dealership. One more reason to love our small town!
I cannot give Barsh Auto Service enough stars!!! I was in Conroe last week for work and my car broke down. From the moment I spoke with Joe, he was so kind and VERY helpful. He got me right over to the dispatch department and the lady I spoke with was also very helpful (can’t remember her name but she was awesome)! Joe stayed in communication with me and never acted like I was bothering him when I called to ask questions or check in! Definitely recommend Barsh Auto for all car needs!
