This is the best group fitness studio the city has to offer. Look no further and if you can, book a class with Spencer — his music is so good and the fact that he times the entire program to the music speaks for itself. You won’t find many that try this hard to make your 50 minute commitment a superb experience.
I've taken a few classes here and I always get in a great workout. In my most recent class, I had the pleasure of having Derrick as an instructor. Derrick has great energy and great music, despite the fact that he doesn't like Sabrina hahaha
Absolutely obsessed and will come back again !
