I've done 2 classes here so far and I'm not sure I'll sign up for a membership. I like the red room and the energy, but this format isn't suited for those new to some of the floor exercises. Even if you flag you're a beginner up front, and you visibly look around in confusion, it's hard to flag down the instructor in the middle of it as it's fast paced and loud. Energetic & motivated. Great and clean facility
I took my very first Barry’s class at Lake Union, and I’m so glad Gene was my instructor, it was the perfect introduction to the Barry’s experience! From the moment class started, her energy, confidence, and encouragement made me feel totally welcomed and ready to take on the challenge.
