Barry's in Roslyn was a pleasant experience. Marquis, who was the trainer/instructor did an awesome job expiring the class while making us all work to our max. Music was great. I walked out of Barry's feeling like I could run a marathon. Strong and with so much energy. The studio is so clean and the bathroom was the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a gym. This was a group experience with my club; but I can definitely say Barry's will definitely see me again.

Barry’s is hands down my favorite HIIT workout—nothing compares to the energy, intensity, and results you get here! Every class feels like a challenge and a celebration rolled into one.
