Been wanting to try Barry’s out since 2010. Finally tried it on a Friday the 13th of 2025 haha best workout. Love the instructor Matt W. And David P. as well. Been going consistently for over 3 months. Also workout at LA Fitness and Gold’s. Barry’s is a nice interval HIIT mix to add to routine. I also do other interval workouts, spin classes, Pilates, and Lagree. I also want to add, the Parking Lot in back is free up until 10AM. Super fun and amazing workout!!! 1/2 the time is treadmill running. Instructor would tell you to pick up the running speed to 6,7, or 8 but if you can't run like me. I would run as much as I can and then slow it to a jog or speed walk. Go by your own pace. 1/2 time is weights with different exercises. Dumbbells are located against to the walls on the right and left side of the room. The heavier ones are on the left side of the room. Lighter weights are on the right side of the room.
