Warranty warning - on doors/windows. Barrys will not help or email/call back on this issue with our 3 1/2 year old bungalow and is no longer covered by Tarion Warranty. Our two back doors leaked water into the house and garage since we purchased the house at 18 months old. We had to replace both doors (at our expense) with no help from Barry's. The doors are from Dashwood doors and are junk!. Do not let Barry put these in your new home.
We have had our beautiful home for almost 5 years now from Barry's Construction. We have never lived in any house that is so well built and gives us absolutely no problems. Any minor issues have been fixed immediately when reported back to Sean, and just recently, with the home well out of warranty, had another issue completely taken care of. Something we never expected.
What I have seen , I am impressed with the workmanship of his homes, and the ease of the flow and layout of the kitchen
